Return Policy

At thereality.shop, we want you to love your purchase. While all sales are final for non-defective items due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do offer refunds for orders that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective.

Refund Eligibility:

You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery if:

• Your item arrived damaged

• Your item has a printing/manufacturing defect

• You received the wrong item

To request a refund, email admin@thereality.report with:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the issue

• A brief description

Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable:

• Items ordered in the wrong size or color

• Buyer’s remorse

• Orders placed with incorrect shipping information

Because all products are custom printed through our fulfillment partner, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for other reasons at this time.
